Spring Cleaning
Goodbye to the frigid and snowy days of winter and welcome to warmer days of spring. Hello to the chirping birds, blooming flowers and kids playing outside. And yes, welcome to the annual event of spring-cleaning too.

Agree to Disagree
The dissatisfaction expressed about a particular individual in a leadership position was the focal point of a discussion I recently had. There were many issues noted but the primary one revolved around the process with which this leader chose to execute his role.

Happy To Be Here
When I think about getting older, the first thought that comes to mind is that I am happy to be here. I am happy to be alive, happy to be earning every gray hair and wrinkle on my face and happy to have the chance to wake up and go to bed everyday.

Don’t Take The Bait
It has been more then 25 years and I still vividly remember Mr. L’s class, especially his outfits. Typically he wore cream-colored short sleeve button down shirts that were neatly tucked into his outdated brown plaid pants that rested high above his oversized waist.

The Technological Divide
