Leadership Teams

Customized programs are designed to advance specific areas of Leadership Teams, with a focus on:

  • Emotional maturity, self-awareness and personal responsibility
  • Relationship management skills
  • Courage with making difficult decisions and implementing change
  • Communicating with clarity, authenticity and effectiveness
  • Coaching of others to advance their professional development

The Leadership Team engagement process includes:

  • Initial meetings:  Each team member will meet individually with Hammer Leadership for the purpose of gaining insight about strengths, weaknesses, connections and leadership challenges.
  • Analysis and Recommendations:  An analysis will be complied from the individual meetings and recommendations will be presented to the Leadership Team.
  • Leadership Development Programming:  Customized leadership development programing will be created and facilitated over a predetermined time frame.
