- Courage with making difficult decisions and implementing change
- Communicating with clarity, authenticity and effectiveness
- Coaching of others to advance their professional development
The Leadership Team engagement process includes:
- Initial meetings: Each team member will meet individually with Hammer Leadership for the purpose of gaining insight about strengths, weaknesses, connections and leadership challenges.
- Analysis and Recommendations: An analysis will be complied from the individual meetings and recommendations will be presented to the Leadership Team.
- Leadership Development Programming: Customized leadership development programing will be created and facilitated over a predetermined time frame.
